Consignment Preparation Workflow
Each batch is synchronized with government quarantine operating schedules to minimize root transit stress.
Plants are carefully unpotted and all potting medium is washed away. Roots are sanitized and packed in sterile, hydrated sphagnum moss.
Consignments are submitted for Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine (Barantan) inspection to obtain phytosanitary documentation prior to dispatch.
Consignments are loaded onto international cargo flights connecting Surabaya or Jakarta directly to destination entry hubs.
